Kathmandu. A complaint has also been filed against the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Laxmi Sunrise Bank. The victim’s party has claimed that an arrest warrant has been issued against 4 people, including former CEO of Laxmi Sunrise Bank, Suman Sharma, in connection with the fraud and criminal breach of trust case of Laxmi Sunrise Bank.
The victim’s party has also filed a complaint against the current CEO of the bank, accusing the bank of harassing them and selling their property to others without making any mistake.
The victim’s side claims that the bank did not provide the loan amount that had already been approved and later auctioned the collateral. The victim’s side claimed that the current CEO Shah also ignored the letter to return his property after the bank seized the property. They have also demanded an investigation and action against CEO Shah.
An arrest warrant has been issued against 4 persons including Sharma, the then CEO of Sunrise Bank.
