Kathmandu. The court has allowed the arrest of Rabindra KC, the credit head of Laxmi Sunrise Bank. The court has allowed the arrest of KC for investigation on charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust.
KC has been accused of colluding in the case of Laxmi Sunrise Bank not issuing loan even after approving the loan but auctioning the collateral.
A case of cheating and criminal breach of trust has been registered against KC in the court. After the criminal case was filed against KC, he has been automatically suspended from the bank as per the Employees Bylaws.
The apex court has also ordered the arrest of former CEO of Prabhu Bank Suman Sharma, Kedar Singh and Subodh Joshi.
