Kathmandu. The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Meteorological Forecasting Division has said that there is partial influence of monsoon and westerly wind throughout the country at present.
According to the Division, the weather is partly cloudy in the mountainous and hilly areas of the country at present. Light rain is taking place at one or two places of Koshi, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces.
The weather will be generally
cloudy in the mountainous and hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces towards the afternoon. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, there will be partly cloudy in the hilly and mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces. The weather will also be partly cloudy in the Tarai region of the country.
Similarly, moderate rain is likely to occur at a few places of the mountainous and hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces. Similarly, there are chances of light rain at one or two places of the mountainous and hilly regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces.
