Kathmandu. The closed session of the 15th General Convention of the Nepali Congress has concluded on Tuesday.
In the closed session, the general convention delegates discussed the political proposal of national renaissance and prosperity presented by President Gagan Thapa, the contemporary proposal of Vice-President Bishwa Prakash Sharma on the responsibility of decaying and transformation of political culture, General Secretary Gururaj Ghimire’s organizational report and treasurer Umesh Shrestha’s financial report. Representatives of seven provinces as well as the NC’s sister organizations and well-wishers participated in the discussion. The discussion of the closed session will resume at 10:3
0 am on October 7, according to the Congress. President Gagan Kumar Thapa is scheduled to address the beginning of the session tomorrow.
The Congress is scheduled to pass the political proposals and reports presented in the closed session tomorrow.
