The closed session of the Nepali Congress will start after 4 pm

Kathmandu. The closed session of the 15th general convention of the Nepali Congress (NC) scheduled for 10:30 am today will start after 4 pm, said NC Spokesperson Devraj Chalise. The program of the closed session scheduled at Khula Manch has been postponed after it was affected due to rain.
The closed session will conclude the discussion on various proposals and reports and endorse them today. Discussions are underway on political proposal of party president Gagan Kumar Thapa, contemporary proposal of vice-president Bishwa Prakash Sharma, organisational report of general secretary Gururaj Ghimire and financial report of treasurer Umesh Shrestha.
After the completion of the discussions, the proposal and report will be passed and the new leadership will be elected tomorrow.
