Dr. Dila and Dhamala, candidates for the post of General Secretary and Joint General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, claim: We will not let the party bow its head
Kathmandu. Ramesh Dhamala, who is contesting for the post of joint general secretary in the 15th general convention of the Nepali Congress, said that responsibility and accountability are essential in the party.
He said that the party should keep diplomacy and foresight at the centre.
He has been the central member since the special general convention and has been in touch with the cadres across the country as he has also worked as a member of the disciplinary committee. He is also the former president of the Dhading Congress, claiming that the cadres have put him at the center for the post of joint general secretary. Similarly, Dr
Dila Sangraula, who is contesting for the post of general secretary in the women’s category, said that she wants to be an exemplary candidate for the post of NC unity.
She claimed that she would win as she went to the district to strengthen the organization and was very close to the cadres.
“I want to be a medium to connect all generations as I have moved forward with the issue of transformation and unity within the party after the Genji rebellion,” she said.
