The Parliamentary Hearing Committee is hearing the proposed ambassadors to India, China, the US and the UK today
Kathmandu. The Parliamentary Hearing Committee of the Federal Parliament is conducting parliamentary hearings today on the proposed ambassadors to India, China, the US and the UK.
The 17th meeting of the committee is scheduled to begin at 9:15 am at the Public Accounts Committee meeting hall in Singha Durbar.
proposed ambassador to India in the meeting, Dr. Nischal Nath Pandey, Kalyan Raj Sharma (proposed for the People’s Republic of China), Chiran Jung Thapa (proposed for the United States of America) and Gaurav Shumsher JBR (proposed as Chief of Army Staff for the United Kingdom) will be invited for the hearing.
Before the hearing of the proposed ambassadors, the committee will call the complainants to discuss the complaints against them. After the discussion with the complainants, the hearing on the action plan and qualification of the proposed ambassadors will be forwarded, according to the Parliament Secretariat.
