Kathmandu has become a platform to showcase the talent and confidence of married women. ‘The Glam Night’ program under Mrs. Nepal World 2026 has concluded. The contestants walked the ramp in attractive dresses of designer Mr. Avi Boutique in the program held at The Ramalaya in Dhapasi. People from different walks of life participated in the program.

Nepal World 2026 Contestant No. 4 Richa Sharma said that the pageant has become a good platform to boost the confidence of married women and showcase their talent. Sharma, who lives in Dhobighat, Lalitpur, said that it was her dream to participate in Mrs. Nepal World.
Women want to move forward but cannot do so due to various reasons, she said that they will not know their potential and limitations unless they try. She said that women should use such opportunities to fulfill their desires and desires that have been unfulfilled since childhood.
‘This is a good platform for women to move forward. It is like a second chance in life. Not only unmarried women, but married women can also participate in such competitions,” Sharma said.
According to her, participating in the competition is not limited to the ramp walk but also gives an opportunity to learn a lot through various classes including grooming. She said that this will help in increasing the confidence of women and showcasing their talent. Dr.
Suchana Maratha, a dermatologist who participated in the program. Suchana Maratha also said that Mrs. Nepal World is a good platform for married women to showcase their talents. She said that women can showcase their abilities and talents through the competition. Dr. Maratha said that she came to know about the program in detail only after connecting with the organizers. Maratha said that she is also helping the contestants with the health and care of their skin. Appreciating the dress presented at the Glam Night and the management of the program, she expressed her gratitude to the organizers and The Ramlaya.
Nisukant Jha, Chairman of Ribbon Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., said that the enthusiastic participation of the contestants and the confidence shown on the stage is commendable. He said that it is a matter of happiness that the women, who are limited to their family and daily responsibilities, are coming on stage and showing their potential. According to Jha, this is the fifth edition of Mrs. Nepal World and the tenth edition of Mrs. Nepal International. From this year, ‘Mrs. Nepal Cosmo’ has also been added, the first edition of which is being held. Jha informed that there is a provision to be between 21 and 50 years of age to participate in the competition. He said that there is also an ‘MS Nepal’ category for married, divorced or single women. After the glam night, the competition will move towards the grand finale, according to the organizers. The grand finale will be held at Nepal Police Club on October 28. He said that the support and cooperation of the contestants, spectators and well-wishers is necessary to make the competition successful.
