Janakpur Cigarette Factory process to submit claims
Janakpur. Janakpur Cigarette Factory Limited has given 21 days time to the stakeholders to submit claims related to the transactions, dues and other liabilities related to the factory.
Janakpur Cigarette Factory Limited, under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, has issued a public notice urging customers, employees and other stakeholders who have dealt with the factory to submit their claim with evidence.
According to the decision of the Government of Nepal Council of Ministers dated 2082/10/15, the work related to the assessment of the assets and liabilities of the factory has been completed through an expert team deputed from the Ministry of Finance for the management of government investment.
The notice has urged the customers dealing with the factory, employees and other stakeholders to submit any claims related to their transactions, transactions, every account, land freeze, insurance, employee service facilities and other liabilities related to the decision of the court or any agency within the stipulated time.
Similarly, the concerned person and organization should contact the factory with the necessary evidence in case of arrears or other liabilities to be paid to the industry.
According to the notice, the claim will have to be submitted within 21 days from the date of publication of the public notice. If no claim is received within that period, the process will be initiated as per the prevailing law and thereafter no claim will be filed against the industry.
