Kathmandu. Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang, has accused the ruling party of running the parliament arbitrarily. Talking briefly to media persons after boycotting the House of Representatives meeting on Wednesday, he expressed his displeasure over the Prime Minister’s continued refusal to answer the House of Representatives.
He said, “We have boycotted the parliament meeting. The Prime Minister never comes, the Prime Minister is sending the table to others. The ruling party is running the parliament arbitrarily. It is as if the MPs have been told to read them tomorrow. ’
Chairman Sampang also complained that the government was not given enough time to discuss the policies and programmes. According to him, the issue of effective debate in the parliament has been reduced to formality.
Claiming that no one can look down on the Labour and Culture Party, he said his party would present itself strongly in the parliament.
