Prime Minister should come to parliament and answer questions: Harka Sampang

Kathmandu. Harka Sampang, a member of the Labour and Culture Party, has demanded that the Prime Minister be present in the parliament and answer the questions raised by the lawmakers. Speaking at the House of Representatives on Thursday, he said that as per Rule 15 (2) of the House of Representatives Regulations, the Prime Minister should be present in the Parliament and answer the questions raised by the lawmakers.

“As per Rule 15 (2) of our Regulations, the Prime Minister should come to the House of Representatives and answer the questions raised by the dignitaries,” he asked.

Lawmaker Sampang said that he had raised questions related to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Defence and other ministries on the 28th and 29th of the month of 2083 BS and demanded that the Prime Minister himself should answer those questions.

He said, “I put some questions on 1 month, 28 and 29 of 2083 years. He was associated with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Defence. There were also questions related to some other ministries. I demand that the Prime Minister should come and answer these questions. ’

Stating that the Prime Minister has also handled the Home Ministry, he has raised questions on the issues related to landless squatters, peace and security, border disputes and Lipulek-related issues. Lawmaker Sampang said that the government should be responsible for the questions raised in the parliament and the Prime Minister should be present in the parliament and answer them.

“The Prime Minister has also taken over the Home Ministry. I also had questions on issues related to peace and security, including squatters. We have asked various questions related to the border and Lipulekh. Therefore, the Prime Minister should come to the parliament and answer the questions we have raised. ’
