Kathmandu. The government has adopted the policy of mobilizing a part of the foreign exchange reserve through the ‘Sovereign Wealth Fund’. Finance Minister Dr Khatiwada said that the resources would be mobilized through the fund once the reserves are eased. Swarnim Wagle has announced.
He said, “We have adopted a policy to mobilize some percent of the foreign currency as a sovereign wealth fund in the context of the current reserve of foreign currency.” ’
Finance Minister Wagle also announced to provide prestigious fellowships to at least 15 Nepali researchers who have earned fame in the field of AI in the coming fiscal year.
