Kathmandu. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal warned CPN-UML lawmaker Ain Bahadur Mahar and Labour Culture lawmaker Dhruba Raj Rai and RN Rai for not maintaining discipline. Speaker Aryal said that their attention has been drawn to improve the language.
The Speaker said, “I am giving emergency time as demanded by the honorable members.” I’m making arrangements. However, my attention has been drawn to the behaviour of honourable members in the House. I would like to draw the attention of the honorable members to improve their language. ’
After Prime Minister Balendra Shah finished speaking on Sunday, Speaker Aryal warned lawmakers Mahar and Rai that they behaved indecently by standing up even when the Speaker did not give time.
