The Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has adopted a policy of keeping the executive mechanism and the judicial (disciplined) mechanism completely separate from the party. According to the amended statute endorsed by the first general convention held in Chitwan, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has pursued the policy of keeping the executive mechanism and the judicial (discipline) mechanism completely separate within the party.
According to the party statute, an independent discipline mechanism will be formed to hear the grievances of the members, resolve internal disputes and take disciplinary action, free from the direct influence of the leadership.
“The executive mechanism and the judicial mechanism will be completely separate within the party. “There shall be an independent discipline mechanism free from the influence of the party leadership to listen to the grievances of the members, settle disputes and take disciplinary action,” the statute reads.
The party has ensured at least 33 per cent representation of women and youths in every committee, department and body.
“Every organisational structure of the party would be made a real mirror of the beautiful diversity of the Nepali society,” he said. “Meaningful representation of at least 33 per cent women and at least 33 per cent youths in all level committees, departments and bodies of the party will be mandatory,” the statute states, adding, “In addition, equitable representation of all classes, regions and marginalized communities will be ensured by addressing the geography, population ratio and specific realities of different social groups (clusters).” ’
Balanced and effective mobilization of public, private and cooperative (community) sectors will be ensured. The party has stated that economic development would be pursued as per the concept of ‘social democracy’ that would achieve equitable prosperity through peaceful democratic process.

RSP politics should be cultured, values-based and fully accountable. The rule of law has ended corruption and impunity and ensured a welfare state accountable to the people at all levels of the state.
