s Indigenous Peoples is being celebrated with the slogan ‘Honouring Our Indigenous Midwife: Protecting Life and Health’, President of the United Nations President Gh ising said that the importance of respecting and preserving the unique knowledge, traditions and way of life of indigenous peoples that have been passed down for generations should be reminded even more. “It is an important day to review the achievements made for the protection and promotion of language, culture, tradition and rights and resolve to face the remaining challenges,” he said.
