DDC’s eighth outlet in Banasthali
Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Dairy Development Corporation (DDC) has inaugurated its eighth sales outlet at Banasthali of Kathmandu. The new outlet has been brought into operation with the objective of making milk and milk products of the corporation easily available to the consumers.
Speaking at the inauguration of the outlet, General Manager of Dairy Development Corporation, Dr.
Sharan Kumar Pandey said that such sales outlets are being expanded to make the products of the corporation easy to reach the consumers.
He said that the expansion of the sales center will help ensure market for the milk produced by the farmers and increase the consumption of domestic milk products.
He said that consumers can easily buy various dairy products of the corporation from one place.
Pandey said that the corporation plans to expand its outlets in more places in the coming days as per the demand of the consumers and the need of the market. With the operation of the center at Banasthali, the number of such outlets of the Dairy Development Corporation has reached eight.
The corporation has taken forward the expansion of the sales center as a means to ensure the market of farmers’ milk and to provide quality domestic milk products to the consumers.
