has caused inconvenience to the general public after a bulldozer was run over the wall of the Nepal Army barrack at Gokarneshwor Municipality-4 in Kathmandu.
The road becomes slippery during the rainy season and water accumulates at various places, causing problems in the movement. A team led by lawmaker Raju Pandey had driven the bulldozer ।
