Prachanda urges government to ensure smooth supply of chemical fertilizers
Kathmandu. Coordinator of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has drawn the attention of the government towards the obstruction of supply of chemical fertiliser to various places of the country including Madhes even after paddy plantation.
On Monday, Prachanda took to social media to say that farmers are facing a lot of problems due to the shortage of fertilizers.
He said that although the government had committed to provide adequate chemical fertilizers on time, the supply has not been easy in practice.
He said, “Farmers are facing a lot of problems due to lack of easy supply of chemical fertilizers in various parts of the country including Madhes even after paddy plantation.”
