Kathmandu. The board of directors of Nepal Bank Limited has been reshuffled. Chairman of the Board of Directors Shobhakant Poudel, who represents the Ministry of Finance, Government of Nepal, and Amrit Lamsal, Director of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), have left the committee.
According to the information provided by the bank through NEPSE, Pitambar Bhandari and Devraj Joshi have been appointed as directors on behalf of the Government of Nepal and the Ministry of Finance. Similarly, Subash Khadka has been appointed as a director on behalf of the Employees Provident Fund. The newly appointed directors will represent the concerned bodies and serve on the board of directors of the bank.
