Blood donation for Bhotekoshi disaster victims, more than 60 pounds of blood collected
Inaruwa. A blood donation program was organized by Madhes Youth Club for the injured and the patients undergoing treatment due to the disaster in Bhotekoshi area. More than
60 pounds of blood was collected in the blood donation program, according to Uttam Karki of the organizing organization. He said that the blood donation program was organized as part of social responsibility to avoid shortage of blood needed by the injured and sick during the disaster.
People from various walks of life, including youths, enthusiastically donated blood in the program. The program was organized with the spirit of blood donation, which was organized with the technical support of Nepal Red Cross Society. According to Karki, the program has been organized with the objective of increasing the participation of youths in humanitarian service during disasters and to make blood available to the patients in an easy and easy manner.
