Kathmandu. With the continuous coordination and day and night work of the Nepal Army and related agencies, significant success has been achieved in the construction of an access road connecting Syafrubesi of Rasuwa to the tunnel of Chilime Hydropower Project by making it a gateway. <\/p>\n
The road network up to the tunnel area affected by the floods in Bhotekoshi of Rasuwa on August 23 has been connected in this way. <\/p>\n
The 1,<\/p>\n
050-metre-long track has been opened after three and a half days of untiring efforts. <\/p>\n
Earlier, when the construction of the road from Syaphrubesi started in this remote area, which was accessible only by small helicopters, a 550-meter road was first constructed using excavators. After that, the Nepal Army completed the construction of an additional 500 meters of track by conducting controlled blasting 9 times to break the remaining hard rock. <\/p>\n
With the successful completion of the hard work of breaking the rock and blasting, it has become possible to transport big and heavy equipment and necessary materials up to the mouth of the tunnel of Chilime Hydropower Project. <\/p>\n
