Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa has said that Nepal is a country rich in various religions, cultures, rites and traditions.<\/p>\n Issuing a message of best wishes on the occasion of Haritalika Teej, Thapa said that Nepali festivals would reflect the country’s uniqueness and cultural identity. He extended best wishes to all Nepali sisters and sisters at home and abroad. President Thapa said that Teej is an important cultural festival associated with the faith, feelings and intimacy of Nepali women. He said that this festival has been contributing to the promotion of ownership and intimacy in family relations.<\/p>\n Thapa said that festivals are not only an occasion of celebration but also a medium to connect social life, family relations and cultural identity for generations.
