Kathmandu. The All Nepal National Free Students’ Union (Revolutionary) Valley Special Province Committee has extended best wishes to all children, students, youths, Nepali sisters and brothers on the occasion of National Children’s Day and the great cultural festival of Nepali women, Haritalika Teej. <\/p>\n
Committee in-charge Niroj Shrestha expressed sorrow over the people affected by floods, landslides and natural disasters and urged the bodies concerned to take strong initiatives for the speedy recovery of the people affected by the disaster, safe rehabilitation of the displaced and affected people, effective relief and reconstruction. In a message of best wishes issued today, the President stressed that this year’s Teej and Children’s Day should be celebrated not only as a festival but also as an opportunity to strengthen the culture of sensitivity, social responsibility, human unity and cooperation. <\/p>\n
The Committee has called for strengthening the organized struggle to build a society free of exploitation, discrimination and injustice by ensuring the rights, quality education, security and dignity of children. <\/p>\n
Likewise, the party has also expressed its commitment to take the campaign of respect, equal rights, leadership and liberation of Nepali women to a new height. <\/p>\n
