He was formally inducted into the party by party chairman Kulman Ghising at a program organized in Kathmandu on Monday. <\/p>\n Kailash Shrestha, Sushil Karki, Krishna Raule, Kali Prasad Chataut, Bishnu Parajuli and Durga Aryal have joined the party as central members. Newly <\/p>\n appointed General Secretary Diwakar Aryal said that the party leadership has the best option for the development of the country as experienced and refined youths are associated with the leadership of various subjects. <\/p>\n Who is <\/p>\n ? <\/p>\n Aryal, who has been active in the social and public sector for a long time through youth campaign, has now formally entered party politics with an important responsibility.<\/p>\n The party has put forward good governance, systemic reforms, corruption control, transparency and citizen-centric service delivery as its political agenda. <\/p>\n Prior to Aryal’s political journey, his identity is linked to youth leadership development and social campaigns. Born in Dhola, Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality-4 of Dhading, Aryal introduced the concept of ‘Youth Parliament’ with the aim of organizing youths during his plus-2 studies. After that, he introduced the concept of ‘Mini Parliament’ with the aim of involving the youth in policy making and public debates. <\/p>\n After the first Constituent Assembly could not draft the constitution, a 301-member ‘Model Youth Constituent Assembly’ was formed under the leadership of Aryal. The Youth Constituent Assembly had prepared a model of the constitution after discussing various issues. The model constitution was also submitted to the then Constituent Assembly Chairman Subash Chandra Nembang. <\/p>\n Aryal, who was institutionalizing the youth movement in Nepal, later expanded it to the international level. Under his leadership, the Global Youth Parliament was established. According to the information published in 2024, more than 2,100 youths from 86 countries were involved in the Global Youth Parliament. More than 1,000 youths from more than 80 countries had visited Nepal during various programs of the organization. <\/p>\n The Global Youth Parliament has been making the exchange of art and culture and tourism promotion as its area of work along with youth leadership development. The organization has organized programs in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Italy, Germany, Australia, Kenya, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Taiwan and Egypt along with Nepal. <\/p>\n The Government of Nepal has also honored Aryal’s contribution in the field of youth. He was awarded the Social Service Ratna-2079. Similarly, the Ministry of Youth and Sports had presented the National Youth Talent Award in recognition of his contribution in the field of youth empowerment and leadership development in 2080. Lately, Aryal has been active in activities related to youth political awareness and leadership development.<\/p>\n In July 2008, he administered the oath of office and secrecy to the National Youth Parliamentarians selected from 165 constituencies of the country. More than seven thousand applications were received for the selection of youth parliamentarians. <\/p>\n Aryal, who has a master’s degree in political science, has also worked in the field of technology and social enterprises along with youth campaigns. He has also worked in the field of employment generation by running an IT company, according to his past profile. With the appointment of the General Secretary of the Ujyalo Nepal Party, Aryal’s role has shifted to a different political level than a social campaign.
