Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Siddhartha Bank Limited. The bank is closing the book for one day on October 1 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. <\/p>\n<p> Accordingly, the shareholders who have been transacted in NEPSE till date will be able to attend the AGM of the bank and receive the proposed dividend. The bank has called its 25th Annual General Meeting on October 12 at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital and 10 percent cash dividend along with tax purposes. <\/p>\n<p> Similarly, the meeting will also present a proposal to distribute cash dividend at the rate of 8.25 percent to the shareholders of non-redeemable reserve preference shares, amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appoint an auditor. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
