According to one of the directors, the name of Janak Sharma Poudel was proposed in the meeting. <\/p>\n
According to the directors, after a criminal case was filed against CEO Sharma, the question was also raised in the meeting that the status of his post should be clear as per the bank’s employee bylaws. At the same time, two directors had proposed to bring Poudel as the CEO. <\/p>\n
However, instead of bringing a new CEO in the meeting, the committee has insisted on clarifying Sharma’s legal status and appointing a caretaker if necessary. <\/p>\n
