Dr. Dila Sangraula, Joint General Secretary of the Nepali Congress and coordinator of the guest reception committee under the 15th General Convention, Dr. Dila Sangraula has said that there is no ruling or opposition in the party and Gagan Thapa is the unopposed president. <\/p>\n Talking to media persons before the inauguration of the general convention, Sangraula said that it is clear that Gagan Thapa will lead the Nepali Congress. <\/p>\n She said, “There is no ruling party or opposition in the Nepali Congress, the Congress is the Congress led by Gagan Thapa. The constitution of the Nepali Congress does not recognize another Congress. We have cordially invited the outgoing President Sher Bahadur Deuba by corresponding. It is our responsibility and responsibility to invite him. The convention will be inaugurated by party president Gagan Kumar Thapa. <\/p>\n Sangraula informed that leaders of various political parties including Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane have been invited as guests for the general convention. <\/p>\n “Today, the leader of the ruling party or the chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, is coming as our guest to greet us. Similarly, the CPN-UML, CPN (Maoist Center) and other smaller parties are also coming here.
