The 15th general convention of the Nepali Congress will be inaugurated at Khula Manch in Kathmandu at 2 pm today. Top leaders and representatives of various political parties will participate in the inaugural ceremony. <\/p>\n<p> Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane, CPN-UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, Coordinator of Nepali Communist Party Pushpa Kamal Dahal &#8216;Prachanda&#8217;, Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Rajendra Lingden, Labor Sankriti Party leader Aryan former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai and Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Upendra Yadav were among those attending the meeting. The Nepali Congress (NC) has invited its outgoing President Sher Bahadur Deuba to inaugurate the party&#8217;s general convention.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli will not attend the party&#8217;s general convention.
