Kathmandu. More than two hundred volunteers and security personnel have been mobilized for the security of the convention venue, according to the organizers. <\/p>\n
According to the organizers, central member Ganesh Lama has been given the responsibility of mobilizing volunteers for the general convention. Lama and three other officials, including the chairman of the military department, have taken charge. <\/p>\n
For the security, 50 members of the Democratic Ex-Police Association, 50 ex-army personnel and Tarun Dal volunteers have been mobilized. According to the organizers, around 50 private security guards have also been hired for the security of the convention venue.<\/p>\n
According to the organizers, security arrangements have been made in a cordon targeting various activities of the general convention. <\/p>\n
Separate security arrangements have been made for the outer gate, inner area and VIP area of the convention venue. According to the organizers, necessary security arrangements have also been made at the closed hall, dining hall and other programs of the convention. The organizers have said that they are coordinating with the Nepal Police and Armed Police Force for security arrangements. The organizers claim that the peace and security situation at the convention venue is smooth so far. <\/p>\n
