Voicecraft is a public speaking platform for people from different walks of life, professions and age groups to come together and celebrate the power of ideas and voices. The forum is jointly led by Saroj Tamrakar and Sandeep Dhawana and is organized by the A level students of Rupiz International School. The students have taken the initiative to organize this program every month with the aim of building leadership skills and removing the fear of speaking in public. The last event was held on Sunday, September 27, 2026.

The main objective of this forum is to encourage new and beginner speakers to speak in public. The organizers have set a target of producing at least 100 confident speakers by the end of this year. The first event was held on March 15. Since then, the program has been held regularly every month at Rupiz International School in Bafal.

Public speaking is not just about speaking, but also about establishing relationships with others, sharing your thoughts, and inspiring change. Every speech has the power to touch people’s hearts, motivate them to action, and leave a lasting impact. Voicecraft has been celebrating this power. This forum is not only an opportunity to speak, but also an opportunity to learn, develop oneself, and build confidence with every word.

Saroj Tamrakar often shares his views at the beginning to get the participants involved in the session. Dedicated to empowering others through communication, leadership, and public speaking, Tamrakar shares his experiences and thoughts on the power of speech and the purpose of participating in the program, reminding the participants of the main goal of the program.

The program is mainly divided into two sections. In the first part, a preparatory speech is presented, while in the second part, there is a practice of speaking with an immediate topic, which is called ‘VoiceSpark’.

The entire program is usually conducted by the program director (MC) and the facilitator of the impromptu speech session is facilitated by the concerned facilitator. Apart from this, the time manager and evaluator also play an important role in making the program organized and effective. The time manager helps the speakers to complete their presentation within the stipulated time, while the evaluator gives feedback and suggestions about their presentation. This helps the speakers to improve their speaking style and ability in the upcoming program.

Confidence, creativity, and impactful voices in voicecraft bring the stage to life. From inspirational speeches to engaging presentations, every participant boldly standing on stage and presenting is a positive sign of building skilled communicators and leaders of the future.

Starting with a small group, this effort may seem small in size but has become an unforgettable celebration of ideas and personal growth. Voicecraft hopes to create more moments of learning, confidence and opportunities to stand firm on the stage in the days to come.

Kathmandu.
