The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on September 24 has taken five important decisions. <\/p>\n<p> At a press conference on Monday, government spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel said that the government has decided to accept grant assistance worth Rs 1 <\/p>\n<p>00 million from the Norwegian government for the program to promote clean energy transition in municipalities. <\/p>\n<p> Similarly, the meeting decided to approve the Nepal Engineering Service (Formation, Group and Division and Appointment) Second Amendment Rules, 2083 under the Ministry of Infrastructure Development. The cabinet also approved the Alternative Development Finance Mobilization Regulations, 2083. The committee also decided to send the report submitted by the committee led by former justice Baburam Regmi to the Ministry of Home Affairs for necessary work. Similarly, Joint Secretary Padma Kumar Mainali has been promoted to the post of Secretary of Nepal Engineering Service, Grouping and posted at the Ministry of Infrastructure Development.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
