In the 15th general convention of the Nepali Congress, leader Dr. Minendra Rijal has filed his candidacy for the post of Vice President. <\/p>\n<p> In an interview with Nepal News Bank, Rijal said that he has decided to file his candidacy for the post of vice-president. <\/p>\n<p> He said that he will reach the National Assembly Hall by 3 pm for the registration of candidacy nomination.
