The Karnali highway has been obstructed. The Surkhet-Jumla road section has been obstructed since Wednesday morning due to a landslide in Gagne River at Shuvakalika-1 in Kalikot district. <\/p>\n<p> Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Him Bahadur Khatri, chief of Kalikot District Police Office, said that the road could not be resumed immediately as the landslide has been continuously falling. &#8220;The road has been obstructed since Wednesday morning due to landslides,&#8221; he said, adding, &#8220;Vehicles coming from Surkhet have been stranded at Khirki, Jyula and Daikhola while vehicles coming from above to Surkhet have been stranded at Manma, Hulma and Khulalu bazaar of Kalikot.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to the Road Division Office, Jumla, the landslide debris could not be removed even though a JCB machine was stationed at the site of Gagne Khola.<\/p>\n<p>The road was disrupted after a landslide with mud fell on the Gagne River.
