Kathmandu. The ‘News Dialogue’ program organized by Nepal News Bank News Agency concluded on Saturday amidst a function. <\/p>\n
The program discussed the importance of the news agency, the challenges it is facing and how to make the agency more effective in the coming days. The customers of 43 media houses of Nepal News Bank who participated in the program responded positively to the news content provided by the bank. They suggested to provide more investigative, analytical and news content covering various topics in the coming days. They also pointed out the weaknesses of the agency. President Ram Chandra Poudel’s press advisor Kiran Pokharel, special guest Bagmati Province Rewati Prasad Sapkota and general secretary of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) Ram Prasad Dahal expressed their views on the role, challenges and possibilities of news agencies. Similarly, Chairman of Nepal News Bank Kamal Sapkota and Chief Editorial Advisor Dharmendra Jha also expressed their views on the current condition of news agencies, quality of content and future course of action.<\/p>\n
