Kathmandu. CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has directed the newly appointed central committee members to fulfill their responsibilities through activeness, efficiency and planned working style. <\/p>\n

s central office, Chyasal, Chairman Oli said that getting the responsibility and fulfilling it successfully is a different matter. He said that although he got the responsibility on the basis of having contributed to the party for a long time and winning the trust of the leadership, now he should prove his ability through the results of his work. <\/p>\n
He said, “It is more difficult to fulfill the responsibility efficiently than to get it. The responsibility is not just that, there is a long history, contribution, hard work and sweat behind it. The responsibility is the result of that. You have also got this responsibility by contributing to the party for a long time, sweating and winning the trust. But now the test has started as to how this responsibility will be fulfilled, implemented and made successful. Now, as a central member, your real work and its results should be seen. Oli described the ability to effectively convey the party’s policies, principles and decisions to the cadres, activism, discipline and honesty towards the leadership as the basis of the evaluation of responsibility. He said that the evaluation should not be done only on the basis of past contribution and that the ability to work according to the new responsibility should also be shown. <\/p>\n
Stating that activism alone is not enough, Chairman Oli stressed on the need to increase efficiency.<\/p>\n
Giving the example that a capable person can do a lot of work in less time, he said efficiency and action plan were necessary to make the result of labour effective. <\/p>\n
He said that the government should move forward on the basis of priority by making a clear plan while working. Stating that the tendency to undertake many works at once but not complete any work would not yield the expected results, he directed the newly appointed members to work in a systematic and planned manner. <\/p>\n
He said, “If we work in a planned way, then we can remove the mountain by digging it. But if we work here and there without a plan, even a small work cannot be completed. If we try to do all the work at once, no work can be completed. Therefore, we should move forward in a systematic way by making a clear plan from where to start and in how much time to complete it.” Stating that one should not choose wrong path while formulating policy, decision and planning, PM Oli stressed the need to focus on resolving problems if they arise.<\/p>\n
He said, “We have to choose the right path. If we go the wrong way, the more we go forward, the more we will lose. Therefore, one should never make mistakes in policy making and decision-making. Problems may arise, but there is no problem that cannot be solved. Our attention should not be on igniting the problem, but on finding a solution.” “<\/p>\n
Chairman Oli said that the current political situation of the country is complicated and the siege against the UML is continuing. <\/p>\n
He said, “The current situation is a bit complicated. We have faced various setbacks politically. In such a situation, there are many people who give advice, but there are very few people who support and cooperate. But we should live in reality, not in hypocrisy.<\/p>\n
