Prahlad Kurmi, 68, and Mahendra Prasad Kurmi, 60, of Rohini Rural Municipality-4 have been sent to jail for investigation as per the order of the Rupandehi District Court on November 3. <\/p>\n<p> According to Krishna Kumar Chand, Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of District Police Office, Rupandehi, a man was shot dead at around 12.30 pm on November 23, 2008 at the Hulaki road section of Rohini Rural Municipality-3, Dhakdhai VDC-8. According to the police, the then 32-year-old Chinak Rajbhar alias Muniram Rajbhar, a resident of Rohini Rural Municipality-4 in the erstwhile Chhipagadh VDC-6, was shot dead from behind with his hands tied with a necklace. Both of them were arrested after 18 years for their involvement in the murder. After investigation, they were produced before the Rupandehi District Court, DSP Chand said.
