Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered businessman Shekhar Golchha to submit a written response through the Office of the Attorney General within 24 hours of the date of receiving the notice. A single bench of Justice Nripa Dhwaj Niraula today issued the order to the defendant Central Investigation Bureau Kathmandu to submit a written response along with the habeas corpus petition within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the notice. <\/p>\n
Golchha’s wife Seema Golchha had filed a habeas corpus petition on behalf of Golchha demanding his release on the grounds that he was kept in jail illegally. The court issued the order while hearing the petition. <\/p>\n
