Kathmandu. Aryan Rai, a member of the Labour and Culture Party, drew the attention of the government towards the high fees charged students under various headings. Speaking in the House of Representatives on Thursday, he said that the colleges have been charging various types of fees on the students coming for higher education after passing the Secondary Education Examination (SEE). He pointed out the need for the government to monitor such activities. <\/p>\n
He said, “Students who have recently passed the SEE come to big cities to study. I would like to draw the attention of the government to the fact that the colleges charge different types of fees on the students who come to study for studies. The government should monitor this. \u2019<\/p>\n
Similarly, MP Rai has also raised the problems of farmers in the parliament. Stating that this is the time for farmers to plant and produce crops, he said that there is a lack of market for the produce, problems of fertiliser and problems in production management. Stating that farmers across the country are facing problems due to monkey menace, he urged the government to be serious towards resolving the problems of farmers. <\/p>\n
“We have been raising the issues of farmers in this House. In the current situation, the time has come for the farmers to start harvesting the crop. The farmers have no market for their produce all over the country. There is no sewerage system.
