Kathmandu. Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang Rai, said the government has run away from the parliament and people’s questions. Speaking at a meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, he said the government has run away from its duty to answer the questions as the ministers concerned were not present in the parliament when they tried to put the people’s questions. <\/p>\n
“We want to ask the government’s question to the concerned ministries of the government and not our personal questions. From border issues to price control to what is the source of the money that the cooperative is returning to the victims, we have tried to ask a lot of questions about where we are returning it from. But the concerned ministers do not come to the House. <\/p>\n
He said, “By-rule 2 of Regulation 15 does not seem to have been applied in any other way to present the policy and program and also to give an answer.” We have a strong demand. The government must be accountable to the House and the people. What does the government’s representative not come to the House to ask questions to the people?
