He raised his hand to speak, and he tried to get up. Speaker Dol Prasad (DP) Aryal then gave permission for the use of rostrum. He said that he was ready to answer the questions raised by the lawmakers after getting time from the Speaker. <\/p>\n
Earlier, the opposition parties had been protesting demanding that the Prime Minister should be present in the parliament and answer.
