Kathmandu. It has been revealed that the land of Chhayadevi Complex (Chhaya Center) got a ‘clean chit’ 5 years ago. It has been revealed that the Singhasarth Bahu Garud Bhagwan Guthi had given a clean chit to the land of Chhayadevi Complex, which was forcibly dragged into the dispute, saying that there was no dispute over the land. <\/p>\n
The Guthi had issued a letter on October 11, 2020 clarifying that there was no dispute over the land of the Chhaya Center. <\/p>\n
On Chaitra 14, 1990, the plots of land were registered in the name of Ambika Rana and Shankar Prasad Shah. <\/p>\n
Similarly, on 18th Magh 1990, it was decided to transfer the plots of the land in the name of Rana and Shah. However, the Guthi Sansthan had taken another decision on Chaitra 14, 1990 revoking the decision. Rana had filed a writ petition at the Patan Appellate Court against this decision. <\/p>\n
In that case, the court had upheld the earlier decision of the Guthi Sansthan and annulled the latest decision of the Sansthan. <\/p>\n
The Guthiars and Thakali had filed a separate case against Rana at the Kathmandu District Court against the Appellate Court’s decision. During the hearing of the same case, the District Court had reached a settlement between the two parties on July 30, 2005. Since then, the Guthi had given a clean chit to Chhayadevi Complex on October 11, 2020, stating that there was no dispute over the land. <\/p>\n
