Kathmandu. The Labour and Culture Party has protested in the meeting of the House of Representatives. Lawmakers of the Labour and Culture Party, including Chair Harka Sampang, have been protesting against Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal’s discrimination against lawmakers by not allowing them to speak in the House of Representatives. <\/p>\n
Speaker Aryal, on the other hand, clarified that he could not give time to the government as he was not ready to speak in the rostrum as he was speaking on behalf of the government and was protesting the views of Foreign Minister Sishir Khanal. <\/p>\n
Now, Chairman Rai and his party lawmakers are protesting by picking up pamphlets and gheraoing wells. But the Speaker is moving the House forward. <\/p>\n
