Nepal Police&#8217;s Cyber Bureau has urged the general public not to download and install unnecessary and suspicious apps that have been propagated that they can watch the FIFA World Cup 2026. Issuing a press release today, Bureau Spokesperson and Superintendent of Police Dilip Kumar Giri said that the activities of financial fraud by hacking mobile banking apps have been increasing in recent times as one can watch the World Cup 2026 through social networking sites and various online mediums. <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><div><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Cyber Bureau has also warned people not to download and install unnecessary and unfamiliar files including APK, EXE, bot, EH.<\/p>\n<div>It has also requested to update the banking system only on the basis of the official information and instructions of the banks and financial institutions. <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><div><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><div> The bureau has been publishing awareness related to this issue through its official &#8216;Facebook page&#8217;.
