Kathmandu. The Ru Ru Hydropower Project Limited has decided to invest Rs 80 million in Myagdi Hydropower Limited. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on July 9 has decided to invest in Myagdi Hydropower in the first phase as part of its strategic investment plan in other hydropower companies. <\/p>\n
As per the decision, Ru Ru Hydropower will buy 800,000 units of ordinary shares of Myagdi Hydropower at a face value of Rs 100 per share. For this, the company will invest a total of Rs 8 crore.
