Kathmandu for disaster preparedness and safe transportation arrangements. KATHMANDU \u2014 Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has drawn the attention of the government to make more effective preparations to minimize loss of lives and property in the incidents of natural disasters like flood, landslide and inundation with the onset of monsoon. <\/p>\n

In a meeting of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, Speaker Aryal urged the government to make disaster preparedness, relief and rescue works effective and make arrangements for safe movement of vehicles.”The incidents of disasters like flood, landslide and inundation have increased with the onset of monsoon this year,” he said, adding, “I draw the attention of the Government of Nepal to make arrangements for effective disaster preparedness, relief and rescue and safe movement of vehicles to minimize the loss of lives and property due to such disasters.”<\/p>\n
