CPN-UML lawmaker Ain Bahadur Mahar has accused Prime Minister and Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) President Lamichhane of violating the provisions of the House of Representatives Regulations. He said clause (g) of Rule 20 of the House of Representatives Regulations has a provision that one should not walk between the Speaker’s seat and the member speaking.<\/p>\n

According to Mahar, Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) lawmaker Khusbu Oli was putting his views in the meeting while Prime Minister Shah and President Lamichhane walked in front of the Speaker’s seat.<\/p>\n
“While Honorable Khusbu Oli is speaking, the honorable Prime Minister and the Chairman of the ruling party have violated the rule. I would like to draw the attention of the Speaker to this issue and demand a ruling on it,” Mahar said. <\/p>\n
