Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that the tendency of believing lies as truth has increased in society. <\/p>\n
Speaking at a program organized to launch the new website and mobile app on Friday, Oli claimed that false propaganda and propaganda are being carried out against the CPN-UML.<\/p>\n
According to him, the tendency of others taking credit for their works and misleading the people by creating false narratives has increased. <\/p>\n
He said, “There is a tendency in the society to create false stories, not to mention the works we have done, to come in the name of others, to make rumors that such works have been done in a moment as if magic has been done and people believe it.”<\/p>\n
The style of showing black as white, white as black, good as bad, and evil as good has now become more of a great Goebbels style than Goebbels. “<\/p>\n
Claiming that UML has become the biggest target of such propaganda, he urged the party leaders and cadres to be aware. <\/p>\n
Stating that the UML would move ahead with a new style and working method, he clarified that the party has not finished despite some setbacks.<\/p>\n
‘We will move forward with a new style and tradition. We’ve been shocked, we’re not finished,” he said. <\/p>\n
Claiming that efforts to isolate the UML are still continuing, Oli said that the UML is an independent political force established on its own.<\/p>\n
‘We are not a wave that cannot rise without catching another. We are a strong, strong tree. We have come here by growing and growing on our own strength, not on the strength of others, facing many challenges,” he said said. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
