. KATHMANDU: The Federal Parliament Secretariat has urged the members of the Federal Parliament to submit their property details for the fiscal year 2082\/083 BS within the stipulated time.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Issuing a notice on Friday, the Parliamentarian Facility Management Section of the Secretariat directed the officials to submit their property details within the stipulated time as per Clause 50 (1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 and the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority Act, 2048 BS. According to the notice issued <\/p>\n
, the MPs have to submit an updated statement of the source and proof of the property in their or their family’s name within 60 days from the date of the end of the fiscal year 2082\/083 i. e. from August 17, 2083 to September 17, 2083. <\/p>\n
The sealed envelope should mention the name, financial year, gender, post, office, permanent address, mobile number, email, district and electoral constituency number in the case of members of the House of Representatives, and the province elected in the case of the members of the National Assembly. <\/p>\n
