Kathmandu. The Pashupatinath Temple is now abuzz with crowds of devotees since early morning today for worshiping Lord Shiva. Devotees have been standing in long queues to worship Lord Shiva since early morning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Matrika Prasad Lamichhane, who visited the Pashupatinath Temple, said that he has come to pay homage to the Lord Shiva in the month of Saun as he believes that the family will get happiness and peace by fasting and worshipping Lord Shiva. He said that he had to stand in line for only half an hour to visit the temple.<\/p>\n
He expressed happiness that the Pashupati Area Development Trust has made the temple management more systematic and easy as compared to the previous years. <\/p>\n
Lamichhane said that fasting for Lord Shiva in the month of July is considered auspicious not only from religious point of view but also for all. Similarly, Apsara Lamichhane, who reached the temple for darshan, said that she did not have to stand in queue for long this time and was able to visit Lord Pashupatinath easily. Stating that she comes to the Pashupatinath Temple every Monday of the month of Shrawan to offer worship, she said that this year too, she prayed to Lord Shiva for her and her family’s good health.<\/p>\n

Similarly, Ambika Phuyal, who visited Pashupatinath, said that she had to stand in queue for a long time to pay homage to Pashupatinath this time.<\/p>\n
According to her, the temple offering is smooth and the management has improved compared to the previous years. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
