During the meeting, Binu Yadav put forth her views regarding the judicial process, health condition, livelihood and the demands she has been raising.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
She has also submitted a written application to the Ministry urging it to take initiative for the implementation of the agreement reached with the government earlier.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Stating that the Ministry was sensitive towards the issue of Binu Yadav, Minister Badi said that necessary initiative, coordination and facilitation would be made on the issues that fall under the jurisdiction of the Ministry.<\/p>\n
She also expressed commitment that the Ministry would provide necessary support as per its role to proceed with the legal process by coordinating with the bodies concerned.\u00a0<\/p>\n
During the meeting, matters related to Binu Yadav’s health condition, necessary assistance and livelihood were also discussed, according to the Ministry.<\/p>\n
Likewise, the issues that are outside the jurisdiction of the Ministry would be sent to the bodies concerned for necessary initiation. <\/p>\n
Minister Badi said that the government was sensitive to the complaints and concerns of the citizens and it was the responsibility of the government to seek solution to the problems through dialogue, coordination and legal process.<\/p>\n
She clarified that the Ministry was committed to providing necessary support, coordination and facilitation on the issues that fall under the jurisdiction of the Ministry.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
